1. You must be a permanent resident and currently live in the U.S.A.
2. You must be a non-smoker.
3. You must be between 21 and 37 years of age.
4. You must not be on any form of government assistance.
5. You must have already given birth to a child that you are currently raising.

* Please note that due to unfavorable laws regarding surrogacy, we are unable to work with women who reside in the following states: AZ, ID, LA, MI, MT, NH, NY, OK, UT, WA, WY
